Traditional sandwiches: chicken breast, turkey breast, club, and chicken salad – on classic Ciabatta bread with lettuce and tomatoes. Cut in half, with mayo and mustard on the side. Vegetarian options are available. Served with tortilla chips and homemade salsa.
Cool Wrap Tray
A refreshing combination tray filled with California club (avocado, turkey, bacon, and cheese), Buffalo chicken (chicken breast, lettuce, cheese, tomato, and ranch), and Chicken Caesar (Caesar salad in a wrap!). Served with tortilla chips and homemade salsa.
Yaga's Signature Salad Tray
Rasta pasta, Tarragon salad, or a combo of both. Served on a bed of lettuce with a side of fresh carrots, celery, and tomato. Serving based on 1/2lb portions.
Tex Mex Pak
Fajita chicken, fajita beef, or a combo of the two, with grilled onions and bell peppers. Served with flour tortillas, barracho beans, and Spanish rice. Sides include Pico de Gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and shredded cheese. (Each lb of meat comes with 8oz of beans and rice). Serving based on 1/2lb portions.
Shrimp Seafood Pak
Fried or grilled shrimp, cajun new potatoes, veggie side.
Seafood Flauta Pak
Flautas – Seafood: shrimp, crab, and crawfish rolled in a flour tortilla. Served with 2 sauces sweet and sour and spicy avocado.
